@nationaltrust still waiting to hear why you are letting down your supporters with bland and unappetising food not to mention either that you don’t offer any perks when visiting your properties. You could do like English Heritage’s book and offer 10% off in the shops.

@nationaltrust bit of a letdown at Lacock Abbey, what happened to the wide choice of lunch options that used to be prepared on site, now all you offer are somewhat bland and pasty pasties.

@GWRHelp I always wait for everything to print. as per my experience, two days running it has only printed out the tickets. It comes on the screen saying it is printing 1 of 2 instead of 1 of 3
@GWRHelp any idea as to when the lift will be working again at Bath Spa station. Crazy that this was apparently fixed,renovated less than a couple of months ago?
@GWRHelp why have your station ticket machines stopped printing the receipt? It would have been better to give us the option to have it like all other retailers do? Inconvenient when you need it to claim etc!
