French Govt has subsidised domestic prices, but European businesses are in similar - some worse - place than we are. Remain voter btw.

I'm not sure why Howard seems to deliberately subvert the truth like this. Downstream energy suppliers are not making money in these markets, it's all made upstream.

@BeckettUnite This is not true at all: you're quoting a day-ahead price. There is a very real energy crisis and misinformation like this doesn't help anyone.
