@insufficentfund It's still monumental. I think the goalposts for A.I. shift with each accomplishment, and we'll keep doing this until we can't move the posts anymore. Humans will transition into the adoration of styles that A.I. can't replicate. A.I. will adapt. Humans will follow. And so on..

@artmarkham @nordicinst @nytimes Same reaction, preferred the human except for the Sagan. I think the A.I. is getting better at avoiding clichés and improving clarity. It's unsettling and will definitely change prose writing. Creative writers will lean into styles that the A.I. cannot easily mimic (slang).

@timchals Statistically, I think Timothy underestimated ballet/opera audience size. We're talking 60 million a year. And yet, cinema (without TV) has an audience of around 5 billion. I don't think he meant to offend; he just wants his artform to be engaged with by the whole planet.
