On June 25, the Quad Fellowship celebrated the graduation of the 2024 Quad Fellows during a virtual event that brought together members of the Quad Fellowship community from across the globe.

The 2024 Quad Fellows have demonstrated exceptional academic achievement, as well as a commitment to fostering cross-discipline collaboration and innovation in STEM fields throughout the Indo-Pacific region. During the graduation celebration, representatives from the Quad governments, the International Advisory Board, and the Fellows shared reflections on the fellowship’s impact.

The second cohort of the #QuadFellowship is dedicated to catalyzing positive and sustainable change through impactful innovations and research across 16 fields. More than half of the second cohort identify as women or nonbinary, and nearly one-quarter of the cohort are first-generation college students. The 2024 Fellows come from 45 cities in 12 countries and have studied at more than 40 undergraduate institutions across the Quad countries and Southeast Asia, with more than a quarter pursuing their Master’s and the rest pursuing their doctorates in the 2024-2025 academic year.
