Pls be careful when you purchase. Seems like real scammers, ordered Drone for my son, which came in broken. Have been trying to get my refund, sent them all pictures etc still no luck. Prefer buying local like Best Buy or so.

Fedex or UPS? Never received our Overnight package through Fedex, in spite the promise by fedex that they will call back in hour for the update, never received the call.

@BestBuySupport waited all day for Appliance Installation no one had courtesy to call or keep us updated. Had to miss my work so can be home and “No Show” . This is ridiculous and you must reimburse us for the day I had to take off. Called support and answer was keep waiting.
