IL JETTE LE CHIEN DE SA VOISINE DU 5ᵉ ÉTAGE. 

Le 13 octobre 2026 à Dunkerque, une simple dispute dégénère en horreur.

➡️ Un homme s’en prend violemment à sa voisine de 52 ans, la rouant de coups au visage, avant de s'emparer de son petit chien, Bandit, un croisé bichon-yorkshire de quatre ans. Il le suspend dans le vide par la fenêtre de son appartement au cinquième étage, avant de le lâcher. 

Retrouvé au pied de l'immeuble, le petit chien a dû être euthanasié le lendemain face à l'horreur de ses blessures. Aux enquêteurs, sa propriétaire anéantie confiera : « Il savait que ce chien c'est la prunelle de mes yeux, comme un enfant. » 

⚖️ Le tribunal correctionnel de Dunkerque a condamné le prévenu à 12 mois d'emprisonnement dont 6 mois ferme avec maintien en détention, assortis d'une interdiction définitive de détenir un animal.

Constituée partie civile, l'association Stéphane Lamart a également obtenu sa condamnation à verser 3 200 € au total en réparation des préjudices (moral, animalier et frais d'avocat).

💬 Pour Stéphane Lamart, président-fondateur :

« Rien ne pourra malheureusement ramener Bandit, qui a perdu la vie dans des circonstances particulièrement cruelles. Je retiens également que le tribunal a reconnu et indemnisé distinctement le préjudice animalier, c'est-à-dire les souffrances endurées par Bandit avant sa mort. C'est une reconnaissance importante, car les animaux sont des êtres sensibles et leurs souffrances doivent être pleinement prises en considération par la justice. »

Une affaire bouleversante qui rappelle le lien étroit entre les violences faites aux personnes et la maltraitance animale. ⚠️

She tried to escape out the front door while he was in the bathroom, but he chased her down, dragged her back inside, and choked her.

This 77-year-old grandmother FOUGHT.

The suspect had scratches all over his body from her fighting for her life and somehow, she got free, ran outside without any clothes, screaming for help.

Detectives found the suspect nearby, in a home with two other men.

His name is Axel Antonio Espinal Herrera.

He's 24 years old and he is an illegal immigrant from Honduras. ICE has now placed a detainer on him.

Pray for this elderly woman, I cannot imagine what she's going through.

SHE BEAT A 3 MONTH OLD PUPPY ON A LIVESTREAM. SHE GETS 10 DAYS.

His name is Louie. He's a Maltipoo. On Jan. 29, rapper and Twitch streamer Aspen Easterling, who goes by Aspen Kartier, got angry because he peed on the floor of her Brookhaven, Georgia apartment.

She hit him over and over, then lifted him by the skin of his back. You can hear him yelping and whimpering through the whole three minute clip. Prosecutors played it in court.

She pleaded guilty to one misdemeanor count of animal cruelty. A second count was dropped. DeKalb County Judge Alvin Wong gave her 10 days in jail with credit for the 2 she'd already served, plus a year of probation.

He said he'd planned on 30 days and changed his mind. He called it "a very, very symbolic punishment." Prosecutors had argued for a stiffer sentence.

She can't be around dogs during probation, and Georgia law adds an automatic 5 year pet ban. That ban better hold.

Eight more days behind bars for hurting a puppy who couldn't fight back. That's not justice.

🚨HCM CITY POLICE BUST ORGANISED DOG-THEFT RING AND UNCOVER WIDER MEAT DISTRIBUTION NETWORK LINKED TO OVER 10 TONNES OF DOG MEAT

On 19 October, Ho Chi Minh City Police announced the dismantling of an organised dog-theft group and the expansion of an investigation into a wider network purchasing and distributing stolen dog meat across multiple provinces and cities.

During a search of a property in Dong Nai on 8 October, authorities discovered 21 dead dogs, along with 32 slaughtered dogs and 57 slaughtered cats, weighing nearly 900 kg in total.

According to the initial investigation, the group allegedly used cars and electric-shock devices to steal dogs before processing and selling them. Police also identified four regular buyers in Hai Phong, Hung Yen, Ninh Binh and Hanoi. Transaction records showed transfers totalling more than VND 860 million, corresponding to an estimated quantity of over 10 tonnes of dog meat.

On 18 October, authorities announced the prosecution and pre-trial detention of five additional individuals linked to the network. The investigation remains ongoing.
