Hi @Crocs your return system is absolutely shocking. Only option is to print my return label but I don’t have a printer. Post office have told me they can’t help me and your online chat told me to send label to a friend or go to local library to print?? Not helpful at all.

@GC_Rail I was on the 14:56 from KGX to PFM and at Doncaster we were told the train wouldn’t be stopping at PFM due to an issue, but road transport would be provided instead from Doncaster. That wasn’t true and I am now in a £30 uber I have had to pay for myself to get home 😡

@GC_Rail I was on the 14:56 from London to PFM when we were informed at Doncaster the train wouldn’t be able to stop at Pontefract due to an issue, but we could get off at Doncaster and road transportation would be arranged. That was not true and I am now waiting for my £30 uber
