@O2 Just called your very rude customer service and have been told they have no access to emails or internal communication to ask the person i was speaking with to call me back. I struggle to believe in such a massive company there is no access to this.
So just called @O2 was ask to be put through or send a message to the person i was talking to, to be told they dont have internal communication or email access!!! what an absolute joke
@binance What sort of a company are u guys? have to verify my account with a bill bank statement, etc. I have submitted both, both dating in the last 3 months, and my verification is rejected again. I want to know exactly why because the excess on the text is not acceptable!
@VodafoneUK Not only that your staff don't listen talk over you an then put the phone down on customer's. I asked my friend to call too see what reaction they got an just plain rude and exactly the same.
@VodafoneUK Wow what shoddy customer service your staff have!!! my work phone was cut off with absolutely no notification because i have major surgery so didn't use my work phone for a while now you are telling me it can take more than the 24 hours u already to me to wait!!!
@AOL Why is it so hard so get help with with account? 72 hours to possibly wait to get into my account that someone is probably now in. So thats for helping me getting all my personal stuff accessed.
@TUIUK not happy holiday for April 2021 amended by TUI and charging me an extra Β£400.38 as well as me losing the extra leg room seats I had booked. Only change a 5 minute later flight from Manchester disgusting
@O2 Who has landlines these days? also why should i have to ask someone to use there phone because O2 think there way of dealing with customer is correct? how about just stop blocking people so they cant even call the provider
@O2 what a crappy service this company has you cant speak to people as they cut your phone off and stop u even calling them hahaha well done o2 what a absolutely stupid way to deal with customer and best thing is u do this to people that pay your wages!!!
