@zomato @zomatocare @deepigoyal I raised a ticket thrice since Help center of Zomato restaurant partner app said that there was some delivery mapping issue which would be resolved but still isn't after about 60 hours or more.

I have actually been very patient but its becoming quite frustrating now. Every time I am told to wait. Why isn't there an option where I can set the delivery map on my own if it takes so long. I should at least be able to operate in a couple of localities nearby at least.

This is how people are arrogantly blocking the path in a reserved coach of train number 19015 Saurashtra express. No access to washroom, food anything since 10 am. Concern has been closed saying it is unmanned. No washroom and food for a 16 hour journey? @RailMinIndia @WesternRly

@RailMinIndia @WesternRly Coach SE1 of Train 19015 Saurashtra express seems to be a general coach since boarding station borivali. There have been way too many arguments and fights due to this. Kindly provide relief at the earliest. It has been an actual torture to many of us.

@RailMinIndia so i am traveling to Jamnagar from Borivali in a reserved coach of 19015 Saurashtra express , which just doesn't feel so reserved. Railways should have run some special train for the festive season. Inconvenience to both reserved and unreserved passengers.
