@relnipponlife : What's wrong with your tracking & customer service. I am informed that my policy lapsed as I didn't pay premium. I paid the premium in Jan,23 & sent a receipt as proof! Raised it to customer care & I am still asked to pay. I already did. Where did my money go?

@TataAIA_Life have been chasing your customer service to get my premium refund. Aug 1- Premium refund in a week, Aug 8- refund in 10 days, Aug 18- refund in 2 days, Aug 29- refund in 10 days, Sept 15- will get back in 3 days, Sept 20- Customer service stopped responding now!!
