Been chasing my booking since 27 Nov with false promises and zero resolution. You sent a JSON dump as a “document” and claim a 72-hr PNR delay never shown during booking. Payment taken instantly, no ticket, no update till 1 Dec. Wand full refund now.

@makemytripcare Kindly help me with proper date and time by when my issue will be resolved. Making a customer wait from past 6days already for the resolution and additionally asking to wait for sometime is totally unacceptable and unfair.

Booked a BOM→LHR flight on 26 Nov 2025. Payment deducted but booking still “Awaited” with no PNR. Your team raised 6 tickets since 27 Nov with the same false 1–2 hr promises. Air India says my name isn’t listed. Unacceptable — need urgent fix.
