True. Meeting a person IRL that also plays Forever you have to match on three points:
Region
Ruleset
Faction
To play together.

And while region is less likely the obstacle(EU players tend to play at different time from NA), the ruleset and faction is the obstacle.

Curios to see how it will develop.

Where if you play Forever for Alliance you can team up with any other player from Forever on Alliance, regardless of Region and Ruleset.
