@Suhelseth @reliancejio I have done the same by changing Airtel BB to Jio for a year. Their services started from May 2022 but still now I don't even know the Landline no. Complaint lodged and talked to the person who approached me for a new connection but nothing happened since May 2022. Very pathetic
