@nytimes Considering the initial vaccine rollout is to protect the high risk community, the daily infection rate is not the metric that should be analyzed as these folks are a small fraction of the daily infections. Need to be tracking the daily hospitalization and death rates instead.

@GovInslee @WADeptHealth what data is being used to determine that we're ahead of the curve on the west coast? Data from WA DOH lacks number of total test being performed and thus lacks a complete picture.
