@realestatedude0 I find the thinness of the plank to be the biggest problem. Unless your subfloor is smooth as glass you can feel every little imperfection under your feet and worse yet the interlocking click mechanism comes apart.

@dig_deeper1 Correction: you should [charge] them for the lost rent in between tenants (not credit). Basically can't receive double rent, so if the new guy pays it he doesn't owe it.

@dig_deeper1 They owe rent until the end of the term. Try to rent it out and if somebody moves in you should credit them back for any lost rent between their move out and the new tenant moves in
