This entire experience has only shown me how poor and powerless the people on their chat service are.

Like they'll lie to me and say "The tech will call you in a few minutes". No call, just an e-mail the next day saying "Lol - hope you can take an entire day off"

The Tech from @SearsHomeExpert has rescheduled on us twice and once no-showed. Our current arrival window is 8am to 8:30pm. An entire day.

It's been over a week since our dryer broke so I hope whatever tech shows up likes exposed skin because we are running out of resources.
