@jamesbrooksco Its a good point + the main drawback iโve seen so far. One study Iโve seen quoted 250kWH (traditional) vs 3500 kWH (hydroponics) energy reqโd per sqm of growing area. But this doesnt inc transport, packaging etc. Also solar panels and new tech increasing efficiency
