@FitbitUK I'm having ridiculous difficulty in getting my Ionic refund. 4 months have passed now and each call gets me nowhere. 2 escalations and still nothing. Lied to and passed around with no outcome. Very unhappy.
@FitbitUK @FitbitSupport Complete waste of time. Hasn't made a dot of difference and just get sent generic cut and paste replies. What is going on at Fitbit? Give me my refund. You can see I've had the device, its fault, is your fault, refund me.
@FitbitUK I have done all the instructions and verifications. The fault lies with you and raising the serial number. Somehow you can't seem to accomplish this. I've checked emails constantly and called over and over. I've never even received the survey you keep promising after each call.
