I’ve just finished @run530uk in #Brighton this morning with 800 others!

I did 5k under 30 minutes which, considering how little exercise I do at the moment, is pretty good.

Idea of @run530uk is you run at 5.30am when the city is still asleep. Is magical 🌟

Not Everyone Knows... we used to give the #Run530 t-shirts to all participants at the end of the event.

After two years, the queue became so long we came up with the idea of the two days t-shirt collection. Everyone wears the same Run 5.30 t-shirt at the event since then 😀
