Appalling customer service from @sigmasports - had my bike only a few months and the bottom bracket has seized and no one can be bothered to reply to me. Unable to use my bike that I paid a lot of money for, and no sign of any help. Please sort this out @sigmasports 😩
What with social distancing and things being closed like cafe’s I’m finding it pretty mind blowing that 4hr rides are taking 4hrs. In the days of coffee stops they could take up to 6. I’ve no idea what to do with those extra hours available.
