@santanderukhelp doesn’t the Direct Debit Guarantee mean you issue an immediate refund if an error has been made?

@santanderukhelp Cancelled in September in the DD section on your App, I did it with her to make sure.

Had email confirmation from the supplier acknowledging cancellation and nothing else was required.

Then it has been taken every month since!

@tescobankhelp how do I add a reference to my payment? I used to be able to do it and now can’t 😤. I can’t re add the payee as it will only accept payments to the linked account! I need to be able to use a reference when moving my funds.
