(I promise I'm not a horrible person, but poor customer service is pretty much the only reason this twitter exists anymore)

[Natalie @runnatalierun5]

@DPDgroup_news Just phoned back to find out that a 15 minute call back is actually 2 hours.

It seems there is no chance of getting my parcel today due to your error @DPDgroup_news

[Natalie @runnatalierun5]

@DPDgroup_news hiya, can I have my parcel that I've sat waiting for please? Your driver went to the wrong address.

Also, £6 fee to call you is a bit extreme when you can't even deliver to the right house....

Was told I'd get a call back in 15 mins but that was over 30 mins ago

[Natalie @runnatalierun5]

@DPDgroup_news Is there a UK team that can assist with this on here? I feel like my email will get lost in a queue and they have asked for the driver to redeliver it this afternoon, but still waiting for a call back.

[Natalie @runnatalierun5]

I know it's only 15 minutes, but the chance of getting my parcel today is rapidly going down the drain because your driver went to the wrong address

[Natalie @runnatalierun5]

@ao Hi, apparently offering to clean her carpet "as long as it's reasonable" and saying you'll collect them if you leave them outside?

She's pregnant and unable to move them herself, hence the reason she arranged this. Now your team have stopped replying.

Poor service....

[Natalie @runnatalierun5]

Hi @ao is there any reason why this has happened to a friend of mine? She's just moved house and is pregnant, and appears to have been threatened by your drivers.

[Natalie @runnatalierun5]

@Medic_Russell You do not get enough credit for this, it has lightened up my week 😂

Overheard today, lady to friend:

“If I eat my entire bag of sweets in one go will you say we shared it?”

“Of course!”

Get you a friend like her.

@FitnessRewards1 @montythemole @fitbit Oooooh.... Interesting. Do you know if they connect to Huawei phones??

[Natalie @runnatalierun5]

Looking at going back to @fitbit watches as my garmin wasn't working with a huawei phone.

Any recommendations? Lots of negative reviews on the Versa and my Huawei watch just isn't great for tracking

[Natalie @runnatalierun5]

@theweeyin15 @fitbit How long have you had it?? I was looking at a charge 3 and a versa and I cant decide! Are you an iPhone or android??

[Natalie @runnatalierun5]

@montythemole @fitbit Ooooh will have to have a look at polar. Completely forgot about them!

[Natalie @runnatalierun5]

@Gazz_Long @fitbit I had a charge before and it was great, and then I went to Garmin and I loved it but it just didn't work well with my phone 😭

[Natalie @runnatalierun5]

@OfficialFram45 @fitbit I want it for more than just racing though, like every day tracking because I'm with @FitnessRewards1

[Natalie @runnatalierun5]

@Gazz_Long @fitbit 😂😂😂 But the camera is SO good
