So disappointed with @VisionExpress@VEServiceTeam 3 days before Christmas and 1 week before DD is due they send letter with a 19% increase to my monthly contact lenses, looks like I’ll be leaving, total joke! Get nothing for being a loyal customer!

@VisionExpress You think 1 weeks notice of a price increase is acceptable at anytime of the year? NO yet you think it is ok. I’ve raised a complaint but I’m sure nothing will happen as you think you have done nothing wrong. Hope the contract states only 1 weeks notice of a price increase!
