Congratulations to Bitcoin Runners founder Richard on finishing 3rd in his age category at the 3-Länder Half Marathon on Sunday in 1:27:40 (4:09 min/km) 🥉

The half starts in Lindau, Germany, and finishes in Bregenz, Austria, while the full marathon also crosses into Switzerland.

More than 11,500 runners took part across all distances on the shores of Lake Constance, with thousands more lining the route.

Run For Hal is a global running initiative honoring Hal Finney — Bitcoin pioneer, cypherpunk, and the first person to receive a Bitcoin transaction.

After being diagnosed with ALS(@youralsnetwork), Hal(@halfin) continued to inspire Bitcoiners around the world.
