Had my first dose of the Pfizer COVID jab today. I didn't have to sign any waivers like the anti-vaxers keep bangingon about. It was just like any other vaccine I have had. #vaccine #Pfizer #antivax #NHS

I bought this bike for my mom a month ago. Since my dad died a year ago, she has been reliant on family members taking her to see family. Tonight (socially distanced of course) she has had confidence to ride to see family members on her own. Bicycles are an enabler. #cycling
