@holrunning @jely192 @TailwindUK I used tailwind in training once, was perfect, so I had a bottle with me for marathon. But it gave me terrible heartburn/reflux. Not enough practice with it I guess. 🤷🏼‍♀️

@holrunning @Streetoutlawrun I start to really feel it around week 10. Check your resting heart rate, if it creeping up, maybe skip some easy runs to give yourself extra rest time and do some restorative yoga/stretching.
