@Dalytimes @trainwithsoar @MillyVoiceRuns@UKRunChat I like programmes that mean I don't need to go to the gym. One less bit of friction to stop me doing the plan. The @trainwithsoar plan is deliberately accessible and doesn't need a gym for this reason. And having a plan and accountability really helps my consistency.
@trainwithsoar @UKRunChat I find it so difficult to know who to trust. That's one of the reasons I love @trainwithsoar (and yes I know I'm biased) #UKRunChat
@MTBoar @trainwithsoar @UKRunChat The @trainwithsoar programme was a gamechanger for my hill running. Stronger calves for the uphills and quads for the downhills #UKRunChat
@MillyVoiceRuns@UKRunChat Repairing and reusing kit and shoes. It's great for the planet too. Just repaired the seams of one of my favourite winter tops #UKRunChat
@MillyVoiceRuns @trainwithsoar @UKRunChat Just like running, having an S&C plan is really helpful. The moment I don't have one, things fall apart quite quickly
@trainwithsoar @UKRunChat Get my PT qualifications but that's a slightly different goal π
Improve my back squats if the DOMS I was suffering from on today's long run are anything to go by...
@trainwithsoar @UKRunChat I try to keep consistency but inevitably have to make adjustments to spend time with the family and for all the travel. I also try to get into the hills which is a break from my winter routine #UKRunChat

@RevDharmaPastaf @trainwithsoar @UKRunChat If it doesn't clear up in a few days, it's usually worth it, particularly if you have any races coming up #ukrunchat
