@AMCELL I am well aware. Because general living costs are extremely high in Switzerland, offering housing is only a drop in the ocean. If (!) we are able to aquire third party funding for internships, those are paid better than PhD students btw. Again, not happy about this.

@AMCELL 2/2 Some Swiss students have to complete internships during the course of their studies, and given that this is part of their education they might be able to join our group without pay. Not saying that I like this "ECTS instead of salary" approach though...

@AMCELL 1/2 Agreed and not happy about this! We are trying to offer as many paid internships as possible and are happy that we can at least offer housing for the unpaid ones.

Wer Kühe und Kälber mag, Veterinär:in ist und eine Doktoratsstelle sucht: am Zentrum für tiergerechte Haltung: Wiederkäuer und Schweine ist eine Dissertation (2 Jahre) zum Thema "Haltung von Kuh und Kalb" zu vergeben!
