Tribute to a leader who built a nation, not just a company. @RNTata2000

If you haven’t yet shed a tear for this incredible human, you surely will. It feels like a personal loss, and it's an immense loss for the world. Mr. Ratan Tata, you will be deeply missed. I had the privilege of meeting him during a project with the Tata Cancer Institute in Mumbai, and his humility and heart-centered leadership left a lasting impression on me. At the time, I was junior in my role and didn’t dare to speak to him directly, but he graciously allowed me to share my work with senior members. It was one of the most transformative moments of my career.

From that experience, I learned how influence, when wielded responsibly, can make business a force for good—creating wealth not only in economic terms but also in social capital, human potential, and societal progress. Mr. Tata’s legacy isn’t measured in profits but in the lives he touched and the opportunities he created. He built not just a company, but a nation. His vision and compassion will continue to inspire generations.

The rape and murder of a resident doctor at RG Kar Medical College in Kolkata is a horrific crime that demands our collective outrage. This atrocity mirrors the Nirbhaya case in Delhi, yet the response has been shockingly muted.
Why are doctors the only ones raising their voices? Where is the widespread public outrage? Why no candle marches? Why isn't there political intervention from the central government?
This young woman was not just a doctor; she was a daughter of this nation. She deserved protection and justice, not political calculations.
West Bengal’s citizens, you must ask yourselves: what are your votes worth if they lead to such profound injustices? This is not about party politics; this is about ensuring safety and justice for every individual. Silence in the face of such brutality is a betrayal to every citizen.

In today's modern and progressive world, it's disheartening to see the suffering of women and children and feel utterly helpless and despairing. Despite our technological advancements, we still grapple with a backward, primitive mindset that perpetuates violence—as a mother to an 11-year-old girl, explaining the senseless brutality of October 7 and similar events until today is painful. It's a shame that we can't ensure peace for this generation.

Waiting for death to find peace is a notion we should reject. Peace is not just an absence of conflict; it's a state of justice, empathy, and compassion. We must actively work to eradicate violence and suffering, protect the rights and well-being of all individuals, especially the most vulnerable, and foster a global environment of understanding and cooperation.

We can break free from despair and strive for a world where peace is not a dream but a reality. It starts with self-improvement, extends to our communities, and reaches the global stage. The cry for peace is not a sign of weakness but a declaration of our strength and resilience. It's our duty to create a brighter future, where violence is replaced with hope, and where our children can grow without fear.
In our pursuit of peace, we find hope, fueling our determination to create a better world for all.
