"We now have level 1 evidence that shows pregnancy after UAE is not just possible, but outcomes comparable to myomectomy ... and similar rate to background age-matched population ... All IRs have a mandate to end the concept that we only treat peri-menopausal patients. In 2024, the pregnancy myth is busted".

It is important that we, as IRs, stop talking about 20 year old concepts and data if we want the uptake of UAE to continue as we intend (see my recent @cvirendo blog post).
