Congratulations @pg_roland! It’s a beautiful, evocative poem and I have to say I was torn between yours and Michael Drummy’s heart rending “Ageless” as my choice! My very best to you and @timothygreen and many thanks!😊🌺
Thrilled to share that my poem "The Silence Afterlight" was selected as the Editor’s Choice for @RattlePoetry’s Ekphrastic Challenge! Grateful to @rupambaoni for the stunning artwork that inspired it.

To complement the special section on Tibet in our latest issue, Wasafiri 123, we've made @rupambaoni's short story 'Sky-burial' from Wasafiri 95 – on an exiled woman in Tibet – free to access and download all October.

Reading Sarah Magnatta’s article “ TENZING RIGDOL’S BIOGRAPHY OF A THOUGHT: A MANDALA IN THE HEART OF THE MET @WasafiriMag and looking at pictures of this brilliant artist’s magnificent work, bristling with energy, that he is working on for the MET and am absolutely speechless!🔥
What a stunning cover of the autumn @WasafiriMag issue! Vibrant mandala-energy that just pulls you in – lifts you up! I can’t wait to scour all the pages! Congratulations to all the team! 😍🌺
It’s great to have my poem “my language was my mother” part of the autumn issue of wasafiri where each article speaks of things that matter in today’s world. I’ve been reeling from the UN permanent forum report stating how one indigenous language dies every two weeks!
My heart bleeds for all the innocent people killed on both sides of the Indo-Pakistan border today! Can lines divide the pain felt by all who’ve lost their loved ones, whether here or there? Is war the answer? Deeply saddened.
@PurgatorioBooks What a wonderful, insightful article. I look very much forward to reading the book! Congratulations Anita and all the very best to you! 😊💕
Congratulations to @Wasafiri on their 40th anniversary of championing voices from around the world, beautifully curated by @SansyG and team! It was great to be part of the fantastic celebrations and the symbiotic energy bristling through all present last night @MuseumoftheHome
