@JioCare , E-KYC done to get a Home delivery of Jio SIM. 48 hours gone and SIM not rcvd..Order Ref No. NO0001531YIZ. Call the no. for dlvry but no answer. Tried calling cc a new ticket gen. but no resolution. Nt a good exp till now 😔.pls assist or refund if home dlv not possible

@JioCare Ok Sure..The SIM which was to be delivered in24 hours and even after your commitment i couldn't see any progress.Thought i recieved message of delivery reschedule which I have not even requested for . .. seems online home delivery for Jio sim is now being a problem then ease :(
