Under the Juvenile Justice Act, 2015, and its statutory rules, your powers regarding minors are strictly restricted. Rule 8(1) completely prohibits registering an FIR against a minor for petty or serious offences. For any accused under 18, information can only be recorded in the General Diary. You have absolutely zero jurisdiction to register a crime or investigate a juvenile unless the offence is strictly classified as "heinous" (punishable by 7+ years).
Yet, you weaponized Sections 352 (intentional insult), 353(1) (public mischief), and 356(1) (criminal defamation) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) to file a Zero FIR. Defamation is a private, non-cognizable matter. How did UP Police bypass the judiciary, bypass mandatory magistrate permissions, and lodge an FIR without even investigating if the video was real or AI-generated?
This is a textbook case of state-sponsored intimidation. It proves that under this regime, "might is right" and the law is dead. Any right-wing troll can walk into a station and dictate orders to the police. You have completely dismantled the "procedure established by law" just to force a child to dance to the ruling party's tunes. Shame on this absolute collapse of law and order!
