Booked a @flyspicejet flight for the 18th of April 2026 from Delhi to Mumbai (SG 476). The flight got delayed by 12 hours. When I tried cancelling it from @flyspicejet website, it said I need to contact my travel partner. I then contacted @YatraOfficial and they said only the Airline can cancel the flight and issue a split PNR. After holding the customer helpline number of @flyspicejet for 30+ minutes (multiple times), no customer support executive was available.
Finally after two days I was able to get through to them, to which they replied that the flight was in the past and they cant do anything and I need to contact my travel partner.

What a classic way to defraud the customers!!!
