नाहीतर इतकी वर्षे कधी ममता रुसली, कधी स्टॅलिन चिडला, कधी भगवंत मान भडकला, कधी उद्धव ठाकरे नाराज, कधी अजून कुणी बेजार हेच सुरू होते.
आता सगळे विरोधक लाईनीत आलेत.

कृपया माझी पोस्ट नीट वाचा. दोनदा वाचा आणि मगच बोला.

त्या लहान बाळावर झालेल्या अत्याचारामुळे सगळ्यांसारखा मीही क्रोधित आहे, रडलोय, हतबल झालोय.
सग���्यांचा राग अगदी योग्य आहे, आणि आरोपीला देहदंड झाला पाहिजे ही मागण���ही अगदी योग्य.

लोकांच्या आणि माझ्याही रागाचे अजून एक मोठे कारण म्हणजे अत्यंत हळू चालणारी आणि अजिबात प्रभावी नसणारी आपली ढिसाळ न्यायव्यवस्था. त्यात आमुलाग्र बदल गरजेचे आहेत हे अगदी मान्य. (पण दुर्दैवाने मोदी सरकारने असे बदल करण्याचे केलेले सगळे प्रयत्न न्यायालयाने रद्द केलेत.) त्यामुळे आता जनतेलाच कोर्टावर दबाव आणून ते बदल घडवून आणावे लागतील.

आता मुद्दा पुढचा.
न्यायव्यवस्था ढिसाळ असल्याने गृहमंत्र्यांनी पोलिसांना सांगून त्याचे एन्काउंटर करावे अशी मागणी अशा वेळी हमखास येते.
आता या केसमध्ये ढळढळीत स्पष्ट असल्याने इथे एन्काउंटर झाले तर उत्तमच आहे.
पण एक धोका उरतोच.

यात आपण काय करतोय तर न्याय देण्याचा कोर्टाचा हक्क थेट पोलिसांना, गृहमंत्र्यांना सोपवून मोकळे होतोय.
या केसमध्ये सगळे उघड आहे त्यामुळे एन्काउंटर झाले तरी ठीक आहे पण नीट विचार करा.
याचे धोके पुढचे आहेत.
समजा पोलिसांना कुणाला मारून टाकायचे असेल तर पत्रकारांना हाताशी धरून तो बलात्कारी आहे अशी खोटी बातमी पेरून त्याला ठार केले तर?
फडणवीस आत्ता गृहमंत्री आहेत...पण समजा अनिल देशमुख सारखा गृहमंत्री आहे आणि त्याला कुठल्या विरोधकांचा, नेत्याचा , कार्यकर्त्यांचा काटा काढायचा आहे..तर त्याने पोलिसांना पत्रकारांना हाताशी धरून त्याने बलात्कार केला असा खोटा बनाव करून त्याला संपवला तर?
उदा मनसुख हिरेन हा बलात्कारी होता असा खोटा आरोप करून त्याला ठोकला असता तर?
अशाने सरळ सरळ सुपाऱ्या देऊन ठोकठोकी सुरू होईल.
मग तेव्हा आपण काय करणार आहोत?

न्याय वेळेत आणि योग्य देणे हे कोर्टाचे काम आहे. ते काम कोर्ट नीट करत नसेल तर कोर्टावर दबाव आणून सुध���रणा घडवून आणणे हे गरजेचे आहे.त त्यासा��ीच आंदोलन करावे लागेल.

आपण त्याच्याऐवजी एक समांतर व्यवस्थाच उभी करू पाहतोय ते जास्त भयानक नाही का?
