Inform ins & police re a scam incident with a driver saying I hit his car, I was stationary. No damage to my car, no claim & in a mth the driver hasn't contacted my ins company either. HOWEVER THEY HAVE COUNTED IT AS A CLAIM AND MY NCD HAS BEEN REDUCED.Fuming.@allianzuknews

Absolutely disgusting service from the mobile team re my husbands mob after clearly telling them that he has passed away.They said someone may call me by Thurs,if not I need to call back,in the meantime they may change his contract to pay-as-you-go. NO COMPASSION @virginmedia
@sainsburys Unfortunately no, she was more worried about my dad.... Can't believe there's only one wheelchair, difficult to pre book as unable to know when dad is OK enough to go with mum.... The colleague showed no compassion....
My elderly mum went into slough sainsburys with dad who's had a stroke.was told they didn't do wheelchairs anymore,the lady wasn't bothered to explain further or try to help, unacceptable totally disappointed, mum is 69 & dad 73. Mum returned home without shopping @sainsburys
