@northernercop Case by case dependent I think, personally wouldn’t have an issue with someone ex-military who was an officer as they have plenty of transferable skills, on the other hand fresh faced 20 year old no thanks.

@BillyGiffin @InspClarke @ReidOfLemanSt She should look the part? Does their appearance make a difference in what they have done for our country over the years? Appearance does not matter, I agree uniform standards should be met but slating someone due to a hairstyle is childish and outdated.
