@DTDCIndia Worst experience with DTDC couriers. Twice in one month.

My courier has been going back and forth from local office to branch office. They didn’t call or deliver and have updated status saying receiver refused delivery. And their office never answers the call.

@DTDCIndia X41376453 The parcel was delivered yesterday after 5 days despite it being an express/priority delivery that was promised to be delivered in 3 days. Why charge extra when you can’t deliver? Smaller courier services like Maruti/Anjani are efficient, responsible and also cheaper.

@DTDCIndia Worst courier experience with DTDC. An express shipment which was supposed to take 3 days to reach has taken 7 days and still hasn’t reached. Smaller courier companies are lot better than these so called big brands.
