@DAZNBoxing how do I cancel my subscription?every time I try to access my account I’m only given PPV and annual subscription options.when I did try to cancel I kept getting an error and now I’ve been charged.

@Discovery_SA my discovery miles have not been allocated for vitality money. It’s quite clear from my profile that there is an issue. Your call centre has not been helpful. I’m holding for 32 mins now on the phone. This is my 5th call. Spent over 2 hours trying to resolve this.

@adidasZA hello. I placed an order and used my points to generate a 20% voucher. I subsequently returned the item as I was not happy with the colour. My refund was processed but I was told I would not be receiving the voucher or the points back that used. How is at all fair?

@Vitality_SA in my health assessment I scored 124/82 for blood pressure…disqualified for points but nurse says it’s normal. Now miss out on diamond status because of these points. Surely there must be some sort of range
