After MY follow-up calls to @TruptiEnt service center, I was casually told — "Oh, we forgot to inform you" — that the BATTERY needs replacement & it will take AT LEAST 1 MONTH! 😡

Beyond unacceptable!

🚨Pathetic EV experience! My @TataMotors_Cars #TiagoEV threw a HV Critical Error mid-trip with family & REFUSED to start. @Tataev @TataMotors customer support had ZERO solution. Towed 150 KM to service center! Unacceptable ! @Tataev please escalate — this needs accountability!

Tried waiting for couple of hrs with key away from car.(hope to reset) tried slow/fast charging. no luck. I had trauma for this as stranded with family in a no man land.

I have been played like a Ping-Pong between these two. Airline say plane cancelled but you have to ask refund through agent. Makemytrip says it stuck with airline. PNR 124AR4 .
Never book through agent like makemytrip and pathetic service by StarAir
