@mattymedlyn No point doing home improvement if you don't know if you'll be able to afford to keep your home! My sector usually unaffected by these things...not this time.
@housekeep Really unethical that you make it super easy to sign-up on your website, but impossible to cancel without contacting you via *email*. Put me off ever using you again.
@PapaJohnsUK Your website has taken my money three times after erroring. Local store couldn't help. Can you please refund? Looks like others on Twitter are having same issue.
@VeryHelpers Tried to raise this a few times, but nobody seems to care. Received my order today and inside the box was the *previous* customers return note, with all of his contact details. He complained that the product was *used and faulty* - and yet you've now sent it to me!
@CarrieRosePR Yes, we use slack with most vendors. But sometimes it can be hard work to stay across all messages / channels / DMs. At least with email you can draw a line around decisons and clear topics. Perhaps distinction is operational chat vs "big, important things nobody can miss"
@CarrieRosePR Slack creates an "always on" culture because people are scared of missing a message in the endless stream. Useful for quick check ins, but don't think it can be used alone. Not inclusive enough for people (introverts) who find conversation exhausting.
