@GardinerIsland When you get your a/c unit installed, ask the installers for 2 extra capacitors. Probably 70% of service calls are for this and you can do it yourself for $20.

@augustagarei We have a 10 x 50ft stretch with my neighbor that I mow. I have riding mower and he has just a push mower. I do it to help him and I even use blower for any cut grass. It's neighborly, but if you have issue, just talk to your neighbor.

@Kristinartz No. They still use Govt services. They should have taxes (property, etc) on a 10 year weighted average to account for their fixed income status though.

@ThrillaRilla369 Paying off a mortgage satisfies the bank loan. The Govt still provides services regardless of the mortgage, and this you have taxes.
