@AllYellowJacket The game completely turned on the Technical, the officials decided to ensure it didn’t escalate and started calling everything. That put GT at a huge disadvantage, since they all play defense with their hands.

@ATripADelta12 The low number is deceiving based on the amount of seniors GT had this year. I feel like the staff was loyal to the seniors to a fault, and some of the transfers leaving is the end result. Not an issue next year as we may not have many long time upperclassmen.

@MrChadBishop Ironic because play calling, or desire to not run, didn’t allow Haynes to be Haynes. I think Key thinks Haynes is an elite passer, but reality is he is an elite athlete that is a decent passer.

@TechManGT D was bad, but choosing to not run King wrecked season. Didn’t play to his strength for back half of the season. Think on Key more than the playcallers. Hopefully that is no longer an issue going forward, just hate we wasted what could have been special season

@YeahISedIt_54 Feel like we used king wrong for pretty much the entire second half of the season, either to not get him hurt, or to showcase more passing stats for NFL or heisman. Truth is we should have used him to his strength,knowing we had a backup capable of making the plays being called

@rustymcgaha The SEC is just not the gauntlet they were 5 years ago. Bama was embarrassed by FSU, then only lost 1 game in conference. GT held their own better against uGA in that same building a week ago. SEC should not have 5 teams in the playoffs, only a possibility because of ESPN

@SouthRecruiting Assumed one of these sec schools would make a run at him. Auburn would be the worst to do it, because they also need a QB. My guess is Philo is wherever Buster is next year. Hopefully the new deal Key was negotiating makes that very hard for Buster and/or Philo to leave

@YeahISedIt_54 Mega conferences are the problem, espn and sec getting exactly what they want. Will put more pressure to disband the ACC and big 12, end up with an 2 conferences with a NFL playoff system, where you can lose half your games and still make the playoffs. NCAAF is dead

@Kelly_Quinlan Should move to the American or sunbelt , the sec refs protected uga at all cost last year; the ACC not even smart enough to understand 50/50 callls should go to home team. Rutledge barely touched the guy and he flopped

@hotelguy3 @TechBallKnower Go back and watch the 3rd and 20 pickup in 2nd half. The CB makes the play to try and disrupt the catch, but he had come off a guy further on the sideline. The safety is also there, just didn’t have enough depth to make a play.

@hotelguy3 @TechBallKnower Just my uninformed observation in real time, but I am certain the coaches who watch the film from more camera angles and know what the calls are would know better.
