@virginmedia Have been told there is an area outage GU16 that should be fixed by Wednesday morning but your service status says no known issues on broadband. Any ideas what the problem, if there is one, is & why so long to fix?

@virginmedia That says there’s no fault too but when we rang 150 from our landline we were told there was - confusing as well as frustrating.

Absolutely disgusted with the delivery service of @WayfairUK - cancelled 3 times now don’t know where it is even though they said it was being delivered today! My daughter was considering buying a lot more but not now!
