Israel has been dreaming about & trying to depopulate Gaza since 1948 in every way possible; terror bombings, siege, destroying refugee camps, starvation, massacres, mass murder, obliterating major parts of it “back to the Stone Age”, setting up migration offices, negotiating with Egypt relocating Palestinian refugees to Sinai (1953), bribing Gazans with money to leave, actively talking to countries to open migration routes to Gazans… & now full-scale genocide & wiping out everything!

Before Hamas, Israel’s pretext was Fatah & the PLO
Before Fatah it was the fedayeen
Before the fedayeen it was al-Qawmiyyin al-Arab…etc.

They always had a boogeyman to blame, but the problem since day one has been dispossession, displacement, theft & apartheid being at the very heart their project!
