@bt_uk your support service does not help travellers abroad access their email account when you repeatedly block it. I have secured it multiple times and immediately you block it. HELP

@Plusnet I am so disappointed that you only guarantee service to the fibre optic installation point and do not consider either poor WiFi connectivity or Ethernet your problem. It’s time that this was addressed. Cheaper maybe but useless if it doesn’t work
