हमारी सोसाइटी महागुन मॉडर्न, सेक्टर 78, नोएडा के परिसर में अवैध AOA द्वारा व्यक्तिगत स्वार्थ के लिए हरित क्षेत्रों, बच्चों के खेलने की जगहों और अग्नि-निर्गम मार्गों पर खुल्लमखुल्ला अवैध कब्जा किया गया है। ये अतिक्रमण केवल नियमों की धज्जियाँ उड़ाने तक सीमित नहीं हैं, बल्कि निवासियों की सुरक्षा, आपदा-प्रबंधन और सामूहिक सुविधाओं को सीधी चोट पहुँचा रहे हैं।

नोएडा प्राधिकरण को बार-बार की गई शिकायतों के बावजूद स्थिति जस की तस बनी हुई है, जिससे यह साफ प्रतीत होता है कि या तो मामले को जानबूझकर नजरअंदाज किया जा रहा है या मिलीभगत से कब्जाधारियों को संरक्षण दिया जा रहा है। यदि तत्काल सख्त कार्यवाही कर इन अवैध कब्जों को नहीं रोका गया तो आने वाले समय में ये अतिक्रमण और बढ़कर पूरे परिसर को रहने योग्य नहीं छोड़ेंगे।

अतः अपेक्षा है कि तत्काल ��च्च-स्तरीय हस्तक्षेप कर इन अवैध गतिविधियों पर रोक लगाई जाए और जिम्मेदार व्यक्तियों के विरुद्ध कठोर दंडात्मक कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जाए।

Despite Clear Orders, Rule of Law Defied at Mahagun Moderne

After residents united in protest against misuse of green space and breach of a family's privacy due to the Dairy Kiosk, Noida Authority acted responsibly and officially ordered the AoA to immediately remove the illegal Mother Dairy booth. However, in clear defiance of this official directive, Y P Gupta has refused to remove the booth.

To make matters worse, fire exits of two towers have been blocked to accommodate illegal shops, directly endangering residents’ safety and violating building codes.

This is not just a disregard of Noida Authority's order, but also a serious threat to the safety and rights of all residents.
The Authority must now take decisive action to uphold the law and protect public interest — “Vox populi, Vox Dei”: The voice of the people is the voice of God.
Mahagun Moderne residents still await justice and safety.
