@TheAA_UK hi👋I’m dissapointed by my experience with #smartcare. I’ve called 5x and sent 2 emails and my problems have not been resolved. Emails not been answered! Wish I’d gone to my usual service provider but trusted AA.
Work full time, 2 kids, don’t have time for this 🤦‍♀️

@TheAA_UK Sent. My concern is my car was serviced and MOTd and was returned with 3 warning lights on the dashboard still (service light / front brake pads / brakes) firstly can a car pass its MOT with this? Secondly surely the lights should have been turned off?

@TheAA_UK Also your website is confusing - you are missing information on mileage for correct service (there is none) so I put in service I *think* I needed with a note for AA garage to double check. No idea if they did but it came back with warning light still on 🤦‍♀️
