@HPSupport, I’m really disappointed. Bought a laptop a 4 months ago & discovered a bezel light issue. Support said since I didn’t buy the on-site option, I had to send it in. It’s been delayed repeatedly, now looking at 2.5 months w/o my laptop. This isn’t the service I expected.

@AirCanada and @united - my flight via Air Canada was delayed 3+ hrs so I would miss my connection. I call United who rerouted me. I told Air Canada and they promised to move my bag to my United flight 4 hrs later, 24 hrs later it is still on Tarmac at DEN. #Dobetter #nothard?
