@Slezkinite In one of my few "brushes with fame" over the years, I met Mark and Richard, they were very kind to me. I helped proofread an early draft of the book, and it wasn't bad.

I'm waiting to buy a hardcopy before I review it. I'm sure there's plenty of material to debate.
